Cancellation & No Show Policy
We love hanging out with your dog. It’s fun! When someone doesn’t show up for their appointment, its not so fun. It’s a problem. Our policy is that clients who do not show up or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice will be required to pay upfront prior to any subsequent bookings.
